Weekend Schedule

Weekend Stall Assignments

We are pleased to offer limited stabling options for horses during the clinic. Please review the following carefully:

  • Permanent Stall: We have one permanent stall, reserved exclusively for participants with safety-related needs —such as those who cannot safely tie or manage their horse at their trailer. This stall is not available for general use, convenience, or overnight stabling. Pre-approval is required.
  • Grooming Stall: A grooming stall is available for short-term use only (e.g., tacking up, cooling down, or quick breaks). This space is not intended for extended stabling or unattended horses.
  • Temporary Stall (Corral Panels): A temporary stall constructed from corral panels is available for trustworthy horses who are comfortable being left in a secure but open setup. This stall is not suitable for overnight use and must also be pre-approved to ensure fair and safe use.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants. If you believe you have a specific need for one of these accommodations, please contact Katherine in advance to discuss availability. Below is a stall schedule for the weekend and reflects who has been pre-approved for stall requests.

Weekend Jump-outs

To all of you working out of your trailers—thank you so much for your flexibility and cooperation. Your willingness to manage your horses without a stall helps make these clinics possible, especially while we’re working with limited on-site stabling.

Your support and understanding truly make a difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for the positive, can-do spirit you bring. It’s because of participants like you that we’re able to create a welcoming and educational environment for everyone.

Thank you for being such an important part of this clinic!

Policies

PAYMENTS

All fees (Lesson, Stall, and Additional) are due in full at time of registration. Payments are made directly to the clinic organizer, Katherine Wilson. Payment methods in order of preference include Venmo (@Katherine-Wilson-229) or check (make payable to Katherine Wilson). If venmo or check does not work for you, contact Katherine Wilson for other payment options.

CANCELLATIONS

No Refunds for Cancellations. If you are unable to ride in the clinic, contact the clinic organizer to see if the lesson time may be filled by an alternate on the wait list. If filled with an alternate rider, the alternate rider would reimburse the original rider for the lesson fee.

Any lesson rider substitutions are subject to the approval of the clinic organizer.

STABLING

Stalls are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the discretion of the clinic organizer. Priority will be given to those traveling greater than 1 hour and riding on multiple days. Stall options are limited for 2025. There is one permanent stall (10x14). Temporary Stalls are available and would be constructed of corral panels. Due to limited stall options, jump-out fees are waived for 2025.

I hereby release and hold harmless the hosting farm, its owners and employees, attendants, spectators, the clinician and all others involved from all liability for accidents, damage, injury, or illness sustained or caused as a result of my participation in this clinic.
