Electronic Signature Consent: By accepting the following clinic policies, you acknowledge and agree that your acceptance constitutes your electronic signature, and it is legally binding just as if you had signed a paper document. If the Rider is a Junior, the Guardian listed above will be contacted by the clinic organizer to confirm they completed this section.

Rider Cancellations: No Refunds for Rider Cancellations. If you are unable to ride in the clinic, contact the clinic organizer to see if the fitting time may be filled by an alternate on the wait list. If filled with an alternate rider, the alternate rider would reimburse the original rider for the fitting fee. Any fitting rider substitutions are subject to the approval of the clinic organizer. Liability \ Hold Harmless Agreement: Under the Equine Activity Liability Act, each participant who engages in an Equine Activity expressly assumes the risks of engaging in and legal responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property resulting from the risk of Equine Activity. I understand that this is a high-risk sport and I am participating at my own risk. I hereby release and hold harmless the hosting farm, its owners and employees, attendants, spectators, the clinician and all others involved from all liability for accidents, damage, injury, or illness sustained or caused as a result of my participation in this clinic.
